A circle of women sitting together in a sunlit room

A community for women

The room
you've been looking for.

A place where women come to know themselves more honestly, connect with each other more deeply, and contribute to something larger than themselves.

Not a wellness program. A community.
Rooted in the philosophy of Authentic Living.

Why we exist

Three reasons we built this room.

01

Built for women who are done pretending they're fine.

Most wellness spaces ask you to perform health. To optimize. To arrive already healed. To be the version of yourself that has it together.

Wellbeing Collective is for what comes before that — the honest, unglamorous work of actually knowing yourself.

02

Women are more connected than ever. And lonelier.

We have feeds and group chats and networking events. What we're missing is rooms where we can say the true thing — and be met.

Real connection requires practice, not just proximity.

03

Wellbeing that stops at the self isn't enough.

At some point, what we discover within ourselves and with each other wants to move outward — into how we show up, what we create, and what we contribute.

Because genuine wellbeing doesn't end with you. It extends to the world around you.

"Wellbeing is not a destination you arrive at alone. It is something we build — in relationship, in community, and in service to something larger than ourselves."

Three pillars

Come home to yourself, to each other, and to something larger.

The Living Room
01Self

The Living Room

A monthly gathering for inner inquiry.

We ask the questions nobody else is asking. We sit with what's true. We remember who we are beneath the roles we play.

Relational Lab
02Relational

Relational Lab

A monthly practice in real connection. Not networking. Not performance.

The messy, vital work of being truly seen — and learning to truly see.

The Commons
03Social

The Commons

A space where the community begins to take shape in the world.

Members are invited to host — conversations, circles, and gatherings that feel alive to them. Not as experts, but as participants willing to step forward.

Once a year, we come together for a larger collective mission — choosing a cause, pooling our skills, and contributing as one.

The monthly rhythm

A reliable heartbeat.
Something to return to.

Week one · Monthly

The Living Room

The self pillar

2 hours, in-person or virtual. Inner inquiry, structured small-group conversation, a closing ritual. Coming home to yourself.

Week three · Monthly

Relational Lab

The relational pillar

75 minutes online. A relational theme each month — trust, repair, visibility, need. Dyadic practice and group process.

Ongoing

The Commons

The social pillar

Member-led conversations, circles, and shared initiatives that emerge organically. No fixed schedule. No pressure. A space to step forward, to host, to contribute — when it feels true.

Quarterly

The Collective

Together

Four times a year — a guest share, a resource, or a community-wide conversation. A moment to reconnect, reflect, and stay in rhythm together.

Membership

One membership.
Full belonging.

What you join is a rhythm — monthly gatherings, relational practice, a shared space for conversation, and opportunities to contribute and co-create.

This work is grounded in the wider philosophy of Authentic Living — a commitment to living with awareness, honesty, and depth.
